14 becoming still

F – Funny what is in your mind.
O – Oblivious of thoughts mostly,
U – until you try to find
R –rest and emptiness.
T – To sit still and remove stress.
E – Everyone can learn to
E – eliminate and turn
N – numerous thinking patterns.
T – To listen to your breaths . . . inhaling
H – helps to become still . . . exhaling.

O – Orientating on the breath count
F – Focussing, leaving thoughts where found

J – Juggling with what
A – arrises. Trying to avoid
N – nonchalance, always counting.
U – Ultimately meditating you’ll
A – arrive at a higher level.
R – Rejuvenated, living in the now a better way
Y – Yoga can help, just 5 minutes a day.
